Why Venus Became a Wasteland?

Our beautiful sister planet, which is the brightest object in the sky (after the Sun and the Moon), is only slightly smaller than Earth (95% of Earth’s diameter, 80% of Earth’s mass) and has density and chemical composition similar to our planet. Once considered Earth’s twin planet, Venus became inhospitable for life due to a series of change events. The planet’s history led to loss of water, an atmosphere clogged with carbon dioxide and a runaway effect that gave rise to severe global warning. Why, read more after the click.
