Talking about aliens – Here is a short video about some alienish sounds sounds detected in Saturn’s Radio Emissions.

Saturn is a source of intense radio emissions, which have been monitored by the Cassini spacecraft. The radio waves are closely related to the auroras near the poles of the planet. These auroras are similar to Earth’s northern and southern lights. This is an audio file of radio emissions from Saturn.

Time on this recording has been compressed, so that 73 seconds corresponds to 27 minutes. Since the frequencies of these emissions are well above the audio frequency range, we have shifted them downward by a factor of 44.

Gee whiz, you take a 27 minute long clip, drop it down to a tone in the range of human speech and reduce it’s length to a similar speed as human speech, and suddenly it sounds like human speech! Amazing. Really. No, not really. It’s like finding images in the clouds. No, god didn’t make that cloud look like a face, you’re just programmed to see faces when there’s similarities.
Nothing astonishing about this clip in any way.
