I’m inclined to think that it’s fake, and that the photo on the right has been Photoshopped. Evidence includes he pattern only partly matching up with the stencil, the pattern being too perfect for a suntan and, if she was wearing exactly the same robe, her forearms should be tan too. It just doesn’t look realistic at all.
