More than 200 years ago it was already possible to send messages throughout Europe and America at the speed of an aeroplane – wireless and without need for electricity.

    OMG, it’s a clacks! Should’ve known Terry Pratchett delved through history to find something real to weave into his stories. How tragic it is that his brilliant brain fizzing with imagination will slip away. I wept when I heard of his Alheimer’s.
