2003 UB313 officially renamed

2003 UB313, once nicknamed as Xena by its discoverer Michael Brown of the California Institute of Technology, has an official name now. Eris, named after the Greek goddess of chaos and strife, was announced by the International Astronomical Union on Wednesday. By the new definition, Eris is a dwarf planet of the Solar system.
