From the author’s name and the readable content of the page, it looks like “Eager to Please” by Julie Parsons. I’m sure that’s photoshopped though, she is likely not the type to get a kick out of generating net meme hype.

It’s a shame that it would be less obviously photoshopped if they had changed the other, less curved page. Oh well.
