Strange Fears

Except the well-known claustrophobia or acrophobia, there are some fears we never suspected that they exist. While some of them everybody might have (like the nucleomituphobia, fear of nuclear weapons; or liticaphobia, fear of lawsuits), others are just ridiculuos to have (like gymnophobia, fear of… nudity

- Vitricophobia – Fear of step-father
- Xenoglossophobia – Fear of foreign languages
- Potamophobia – Fear of rivers or running water
- Gymnophobia – Fear of nudity
- Dromophobia – Fear of crossing streets
- Eurotophobia – Fear of female genitalia
- Porphyrophobia – Fear of the color purple
- Amathophobia – Fear of dust
- Japanophobia – Fear of Japanese (ah, those Japaneses)
