I think the most interresting point is how the elephant sees the world around it, and would another elephant be able to recognise the art?

Wether or not this elephant has been taught the drawing, it’s an incredible tour de force. This is a great lesson.

I hope people dont really think that the elephant has any artistic values.
It reminds me of a Skinner experiment where he taught pigeons to bowl simply by giving them food as a reinforcer for every movement he wanted the animal to perform.
I dont think it’s to be awed at…those elephants should be in the bushes living it out…not doing stupid things to amuse humans!
It’s like making a show for dogs – with humans trained at smelling each others asses showing there skills.
How utterly narcistic!!!

I think it’s worth to spend much time teaching this elephant how to reproduce a drawing knowing the price of such a painting.
I wish it was his real creation …
