One needs to be careful with the subject, as the horrible crimes of Nazism and, to a lesser extent, colonial racism, has made any mention of the subject -understandably- suspect. However, people with light hair need to be aware, that they shouldn't feel guilty about crimes that THEY never committed. It's important to note, that most victims of Hitler's crimes were in fact also light-skinned, notably many Slavs, and even his declared enemies, "the" Jews, originated in the Caucasus and were originally light-haired (and they are still light-skinned). If we "light" people listen to our inner spiritual impulses, we know that we actually fulfil an important spiritual key role in the development of all of Humanity. We are actually the root race of the Post-Atlantic Epoch, in which we now live. Of course, this does not give us more rights that "darker" people, but it does give us a responsibility to be and become who we really are, without any misplaced and unjustified feelings of collective guilt-by-association or reversed feelings of inferiority. The latter show themselves in all varieties, from sick racist jokes about blondes, left-winged self-hate campaigns against anything "white", "Christian" or "European", stigmas on anyone who pays an interest in understanding the deeper wisdom of European native religions called "Paganism", or in fair women preferring dark men as sexual and love partners, and even converting to atavistic, antagonistic pseudo-religions. It should be clear to every one with a keen mind or intuition, that all these sick, self-destructive habits must be stopped! But let's take a look at our history. People with light complexion originated in the area, which nowadays is called South-Eastern Europe, noticeably the Northern coast of the Black Sea and the Caucasus, at the time when Scandinavia, Northern Germany and the Baltic area were still covered by ice. These earliest light people formed the beginning of a new spiritual Root Race, after the downfall of Atlantis. They went East, where the red-haired Tocharians, founded the basis of the Chinese high culture; They went South, into what would become Armenia, Persia and India, where the lay the basis for the Mithra, Zoroastrian and Vedic cultures. Even nowadays in India and Tibet, Buddha and Krishna are pictured with light hair and blue eyes. This goes as well for the human figures in the Tantra temples in Agra. From Asia, these people even crossed the Bering Strait, from where they founded the predecessors of the Maya, Aztec and Inca civilisations, and some others of them sailed into the Pacific, laying the foundations for the Polynesian peoples. They also moved West, where the lay the grounds for the later Etruscan, Euskarian, Hittitic, Thracian, Dacian, Pannonian, Jewish, Celtic, Greek-Roman and finally the Nordic-Germanic cultures. When the climate started to allow for it, they also went North, where they initiated first the Ugro-Finnic, and later the Baltic and Slavonic cultures. Some stayed "at home", laying the foundation for the Caucasian language group. Indo-European languages did not exist yet, when these proto-Indo-European started to migrate, hence the fact that the earliest "blond" peoples spoke non-Indo-European languages (the Finns & Estonians, Hungarians, Basques and Georgians being the last remainders of this). The fact that most of these peoples nowadays only have few "blond" people is due to intense mixing with other peoples, as light hair is recessive. The few originally light nations from older epochs, which survived the cruelties of history (The Indians, Persians and Greeks) turned darker and darker, and now this is happening in rapid pace to the peoples of Nordic-Germanic stock, due to mass immigration. The Romance nations of Europe (with the exception of the Romanians) are included into this “Germanic” category, as they are founded by Germanic tribes heading South and settling round the Mediterranean after the Great Migration. In order to understand what this will mean, we can look at our predecessor cultures which survived, or from which we have written records that we can interpret sufficiently. Although they suffer from grave demographic problems as well, in fact even worse so than the West at this moment, this can be changed for the better. If the economy in Russia and Eastern Europe will catch on to manageable levels, the families may become larger again in these countries. I never saw many people in those countries with jet black hair except fro immigrants and I would say there were a lot of people with dark blonde to light brown hair. Also I have noticed that more people seem blonde in the rural parts of northern England as compared to where I live. Sorry I can't give percentages but can only say that these things are noticeable. Both my parents were fair skinned but dark haired. Their parents ranged from the Irish- Polish-German look alike. I am a bit of all of those, being tall, fair skinned and blue eyed; certainly not your Portuguese prototype. Portugal, and the Iberian Peninsula as a whole, was invaded by a number of Germanic and Celtic types who settled in the northern part of the country. I am a descendent of those who left behind their DNA type, and I am not the only one in the family or otherwise. The Germanic/Celtic/Norman legacy is very much present and easy to witness to those who find it intriguing to say the least, finding the Latin, "daughter of Rome" stereotype not completly correct. There are not as much blonds as there seem to be. ALthough I must say that Sweden and Norway do have higher percentage of light blonds and blue eyes then Denmark, northern Netherlands, or northern Germany. In countries like Holland, or Denmark many blonds seem to have brown or mixed brown eyes which are less common in Sweden or Norway. People here are right !
