   It’s Israel because it’s written in Hebrew. It says Yaakov (Jacob) on one side and Yaniv on the other. It’s people’s first names, probably kids.

   Yes its Israel it in my home, there are plenty of this decorations all over the country, lats ant last of sea paintings, Walt Disney’s characters, loony tons, under sea, trees and lots of more
