Once, long ago, there was a time when humans weren’t so caught up in their own gender compositions that they digressed into retarded chatting matches over a glimpse of flesh. IT IS ONLY FLESH ladies, and to be fair IT IS ONLY FLESH guys… and just to be sure – if your sexuality is invaded by a mirror you are a frakking moron. If your sexuality is vindicated by voyeurism your a loser. If you cant appreciate a nice peek at some choice body parts, your so frakking vanilla you should find a convent and get away form society.

@Pat: I’m all for showing my body, so long as it’s by choice. There’s a big difference between me tearing off my clothes in front of my lover–or at a nude beach–and having a mirror on the sidewalk so that any passersby can ogle my crotch. This thread reminds me of the debate over internet privacy: we all have a right to choose what we want to share, and with whom.
I’d argue that this ad is what makes men out to be sex-obsessed swine.

@jer_: The last time I checked, people in bathrooms and showers are expecting to have their pants pulled down; in fact, most people nowadays even pull them down themselves. Nobody’s telling you to avoid these places unless you want to suddenly have your bare ass displayed to anybody on the sidewalk outside.

I think the mirror is brilliant. I know. Shoot me. It’s a great build on very immature content, which if I know their branding well enough, works perfectly. And, it’s a reason for us all to wear skirts, no matter our gender. ; )

The mirror looks to be almost the length of the doorway. It looks like the mirror was placed *precisely* so that it would be difficult to enter the doorway without walking right over the mirror. “Walking around” is an option only if you’re going to press against the edges of the building.
