Wear helmet, no excuses

This is a TVC developed by Ogilvy and Mather Vietnam for Asia Injury Prevention Foundation – a non-profit organization working towards reducing the number of traffic fatalities in developing Asian countries, starting in Vietnam. The message: “Wear a Helmet. There are no Excuses”. Video in Vietnamese follows. Shocking, but effective, thanks to Đức for sending in this.
