This is a real MIT project for those who don’t believe. Look for it on Google. I even downloaded their paper. It’s an awesome tool for kids. Congratulations!

Like most digital brushes, a novel, “gee whiz” gimick, but not really all that useful. Appears to be yet another diversion for those who’d rather spend their time pushing buttons than learning how to draw.

Extremely fascinating and very clever. I don’t think theres a camera in the brush, i think its probably composed of fibre optics. It seems to me to be a very useful tool which can only enhance the artists toolbox.

Great!! Why don’t we all buy one- yes. I REALLY need one of these. I demand that more non-renewable resources be consumed to produce this product. This is EXACTLY what technology is for- & who cares if most humans go to bed with an empty stomach & don’t have access to clean water or basic health care.
& when will they bring out the NEW version….?

Hey Masala Dosa, why don’t you stop gobbling up resources that third-world brown babies could use by offing yourself?

You know you’ve got something cool when it sends a jealous leftist into incoherent rants. That ought to be the barometer of “good,” when it upsets a leftist it must therefore be good.

Those unwashed hungry people wouldn’t care so much about being poor or hungry if they got to play with one of these. They would also be too distracted to make more babies.

This is just the solution for world poverty and overpopulation that we’ve been looking for.

It’s a pleasure sharing the planet with you. I loved the ‘upsetting leftists’, ’sandy vagina’ & ‘brown babies’ references. Excellent- keep it up.

You never know where technology will prove useful, so sod off Masala! All knowledge is for the betterment of humanity or that which will surplant your feeble race. You’d have us all living in caves so everyone is equal and complain over the size of people’s portions… “He got more, that’s so wrong.”

To the poster, sorry for this post. The paint brush was brilliant, a good idea, a play thing at the minute but so was the steam engine.
    A proud hybrid/throwback.

Well, you are a bit touchy aren’t you!? Good lord, you’d think I’d made a controversial statement or something. I think you take yourselves too seriously too. Lighten up already.
Anyway, I now own 5 I/O Paintbrushes (another 3 on order) & yes they have made my life much better.
I capture images of dead & injured from newspaper reports on car bombs in Iraq & make funny patterns on the wall. It works equally well with those dull graphs & charts displaying the effects of climate change.
What will you use yours for . . . ?
A must-have item this Christmas, I’m safely predicting.

I find it risible when somebody cannot leave a fairly innocuous remark that some product may not be forwarding the betterment of mankind without then receiving a torrent of abuse from ignorant conservatives who are so stuck up on their mountain of self-righteousness.

How can anyone be this bitter against a charitable cause? I do not understand.

I do realise that i may have come 4 months too late for this, but you people just get my blood up.
